Influenster Twinkle Voxbox

Included in the Twinkle VoxBox:

  • Reynold’s Cookie Baking Sheets
  • CoverGirl’s So Lashy Mascara
  • Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo
  • Axe Night Body Wash
  • Aquation Daily Moisturizing Lotion
  • Oreo Thins
  • Hills Bros Hot Cocoa

After testing all these products, here are my thoughts…

First, let’s talk cookie sheets!

Reynold’s Cookie Baking Sheets:

I’m not the best cook, but I do love to bake! These cookie sheets make baking easy and mess-free. Since they’re pre-cut, all you have to do is lay them on top of your baking pan and they naturally conform to it. Pesonally, I find it more convenient and effective than cooking spray. Though I made m&m cheerio no-bake cookies using these, I am confident that these cookie sheets work just as well with cookies that go in the oven. If you’ve had m&m cheerio bars, you know that these tasty treats are very sticky due to the marshmallow/m&m combination. But despite the gooey deliciousness, my m&m cheerio bars removed from the cookie sheets with ease. With Reynold’s cookie baking sheets, you no longer have to worry about scraping cookies off cookie sheets and ruining your pans in the process!

Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo

Influenster Twinkle VoxBox

I’m a big fan of dry shampoo.  If you’re like me, you wash your hair every other day because it’s healthier. But, sometimes it’s necessary for a two-day wash to extend into a three-day wash. With as busy as life can get, it’s a luxury to postpone shampoo day.  Not to mention, there are days where your hair looks soo perfect that you want to relive it for another day. Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo is perfect for those days when you’re feeling lazy, want to recreate your hairstyle, or your hair is looking a little greasier than normal.

All you have to do is spray a little on your roots & work it throughout your hair. After spraying, you’ll notice your hair looks visibly cleaner. Unlike some dry shampoos, it leaves absolutely NO residue… so the world will never know that you skipped shampooing.

I’m really impressed with this dry shampoo. It works efficiently and doesn’t leave any weird white flakes like some dry shampoos do. The only improvement I would suggest is to offer a scented version of this dry shampoo. Although many people may love that it’s unscented, I wouldn’t mind a little pleasant scent that results in my hair looking AND smelling as if it’s been freshly washed. Other than that, I will continue to use Not Your Mother’s dry shampoo for those mornings that I want to keep my hair looking fabulous in-between washes!

Axe Night Body Wash

Influenster Twinkle Voxbox

I have to admit, I was a bit bummed when I realized this Axe Night body wash was for men not women. However, that didn’t stop me from trying it anyways! Sure, I could have passed it on to one of the wonderful men in my life, but other than my brothers and my dad… I don’t know any. And I wasn’t about to pay $5.00 to ship a trial sized version of Axe body wash. So, I kept it for myself.  The smell is pleasant and not too overwhelming. It definitely smells similar to Axe cologne that I’ve come into contact with at the gym. After using in the shower, it has a lasting impression on your skin that leaves you smelling fresh all day.

If I had a boyfriend, I would definitely appreciate this scent on him. Unlike some Axe scents, it isn’t too potent. It has just the right amount of fragrance.

Aquation Daily Moisturizing Lotion

Influenster Twinkle VoxBox

This lotion is my favorite of the products I received in the #TwinkleVoxBox. Winter weather and excessing handwashing from cold & flu season can often leave you with dry, chapped, and irritated hands. Though there are a gazillion different lotions on the market to treat this dilemma, not all lotions work the same. Some of them have overbearing fragrances, ingredients that agitate your hands even further, or they leave your hands annoyingly greasy afterward.

After using this lotion on multiple occasions, I’m happy to say that it does NONE of these things. As it states on the bottle, Aquation Daily Moisturizing Lotion is an unscented non-greasy formula designed to hydrate all skin types. And, it does just that! It absorbs into your skin very quickly which allows your skin to instantly feel softer without any annoying residue. Though counter-intuitive, some lotions (especially when applied to the hands) leave you feeling as if you need to wash your hands right after you applied. Aquation’s formula allows you to go about your day directly after application.  So, if your skin is feeling a little dry this winter, I highly recommend Aquation’s Daily Moisturizing Lotion. It’s a lightweight, non-greasy, fragrance-free lotion that really does its job!

Oreo Thins

Influnster Twinkle Voxbox

I’ve tried these once before and was a fan of them. I love that it’s snack size because it’s easy to stick in your purse on the go. The thinner version of the cookie doesn’t taste a whole lot different than the original size. It has the same great taste in a thinner size!  I offered this package to my sister because I’m on the gluten-free diet and she seconds my opinion. Oreo Thins are a great alternative to the original when you’re looking to indulge in an oreo craving.

Hills Bros Hot Cocoa

Influenster Twinkle VoxBox

There’s no better way to warm up in the winter than drinking hot chocolate.  So far, I’ve tried the milk chocolate hot cocoa and it wasn’t too bad. Sadly, it wasn’t as rich as I had expected but I didn’t hate it. I do think it would have been better if it had mini marshmallows in it… because who doesn’t LOVE marshmallows.  Other than that, I think Hills Bros creates a decent cup of cocoa. Not my favorite, but definitely not bad.
