My sleep has greatly improved once I cut off caffeine after 2pm in the afternoon. Make necessary changes in the day to improve your sleep at night. It’s amazing how directly related to your teeth are to your health, so this is something that you will also want to take note of. The better you care for your teeth, the more likely it is that you are going to have great overall health. If you’re prone to cavities you may want to consider in investing in an electric toothbrush and a water flosser as they ensure a more thorough cleaning.
